Wyndemere Country Club

Wyndemere is a private and well-established gated golf community situated on 450 acres with 634 residences that is entirely controlled and managed by its residents. Residency requires membership in the Country Club and in the Homeowners Association. Wyndemere is elegantly planned with a variety of single-family homes, condominiums, and villas, all blended into pleasant surroundings and a private country club atmosphere with an active year-round membership.

While golf is definitely the focal point at Wyndemere, but the club also features a superb tennis center with 12 Har-Tru courts with 4 lighted for night play, a fully equipped and staffed fitness center, and Olympic proportioned pool. The elegant 44,000 square foot clubhouse (there is also a new 6,200 square foot clubhouse) offers an array of distinctive dining experiences. The Tiebreaker & Grille rooms are available for casual and light fare, try . For more formal occasions, dining, dancing and cocktails, can be enjoyed at the Vista and Wyndemere rooms. Wyndemere offers 27-holes of championship golf on three 9-hole layouts designed by Arthur Hills. Enchanting lakes dot the terrain as well as lush, mature and beautifully manicured fairways with greens boasting Tifeagle hybrid grass, a new ultra dwarf hybrid grass that has a narrower blade that can be cut shorter. The number of golf members is limited to 535 Full Golf, 9 Limited Golf, 50 Non-Resident Golf, and 13 Non-Resident Founder memberships that will not be reissued. The golf initiation fee is currently $72,000 with 75% equity. (Equity refers to the portion of the initiation fee returned to you should you terminate your membership.)
